Parent and Perinatal Therapist - Your Compassionate Guide toward Confidence and Connection
Supporting You to Support Them
I’m so glad you’re here. It means that you are taking steps to meet your own needs. It is so easy to put your needs last when you are holding so much for your family.
Whether you’re facing the emotional weight of parenthood, postpartum, or family life in general, you don’t have to carry it all alone.
I’m Kerri, a Registered Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families through life’s hardest and most meaningful moments. My work is grounded in the belief that when parents feel supported and secure, children thrive. Your wellness truly shapes their world.
What Brings Me Here
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by children’s brain development and the parent-child connection. My passion for supporting families has continued as I witnessed in my own life the transformative power of attachment in parent-child relationships (this stuff really works!). Incredible things can happen when a parent feels understood and when a child feels truly seen.
Experience You Can Trust
In addition to a 20 year career in the field, I have also completed 3 post-secondary programs in the areas of psychology and children’s mental health with the most recent being a Master’s degree in Pediatric Psychosocial Care. I bring specialized expertise to help families overcome challenges and thrive.
